The literature review needs to be synthesized just like the way you find the background information or literature review (whatever it is called) in a peer-reviewed journal’s research article. (See attachments).<\/div>\n

In an effective research method section in a proposal, you should be careful to include the following:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Research methodology (hint: it has to be quantitative in this class)<\/div>\n
Research design \u2013 based upon the quantitative methodology. Is it a correlational, causal-comparative, or quasi-experimental design? (It will not be an experiment in all likelihood. We do not conduct experiments in the field with people in business.)<\/div>\n
Research process \u2013 what are you going to do? Provide information on data collection: Will you conduct a process using questionnaire data, use existing archival or historical data, gather results of behaviors, and\/or some other process. If you have participants, how will you enlist them? How will you ensure informed consent? What will you have them do? What is your role in collection data? What instruments will you use and their validity and reliability? What process will you use? Provide how you will analyze the data: What do you foresee to be the process? What are your variables? What type are they-independent, predictor, or dependent. What measurement type are they – interval, nominal, ordinal, ratio? What statistical test will you use and why? What are the assumptions for the statistical test and how will you assess for them and what will you do if they are not met?<\/div>\n
