I included the<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>It&#8217;s a 3 part Capstone.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The primary goal is to develop a strategic plan to hire and promote diverse talent at my current organization. The pilot program would begin in the HR Department. The areas of focus would be to hire more people within the following demographics: Black individuals, LGBTQ+ identified people, and women.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The paper must consist of a company overview, a SWOT analysis, and an HR scorecard.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>It&#8217;s a super intense paper. The professor basically sucks at providing direction as well.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>I have attached a syllabus with requirements and instructions.
