Write a policy speech about how the coverage of mental health services and therapy by all forms of health insurance will better the mental health issues in society<\/p>\n

The policy speech needs to contain these 3 parts:<\/div>\n
1.  Need: a problem exists and a policy is necessary: <\/span>Speaker must prove necessity! (burden of proof is on the speaker)<\/span><\/div>\n
2.  Plan: the solution to the problem<\/div>\n
3. Practicality: show that plan will work (i.e. it won\u2019t create more serious problems) & don\u2019t forget refutation and perorationC. Question of Policy<\/span><\/div>\n

The speech also needs to contain an establishment and a refutation of a counter argument.<\/span><\/div>\n
Needs to use 2 rhetoric\/literary devices througout the speech(please put in parenthesis where they are in the speech)<\/span><\/div>\n
Use appeal pathos (emotional appeal) and logos (reason) throughout the speech to help persuade the audience on this policy. <\/span><\/div>\n
