Include in this section a discussion of the relationship between the parents.\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;A critical review of the film\u2019s portrayal of stepfamily life \u2013 Did the film accurately portray parenting in a stepfamily? How so? If a parent were to watch the film hoping to gain an understanding of how to successfully navigate parenting in a stepfamily, would they gain helpful insight (according to our scholarly understanding of stepfamilies)? Why? If you could change the portrayal of step-parenting in the film to provide better insight, what would you change? Why?\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;NOTE: This paper will require students to read ahead to Chapter 12 to gain an understanding of stepfamilies.\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;The paper should be 5-7 pages, double-spaced, 12 point Times New Roman font, and written in APA (6th or 7th edition) format.\n<\/div>\n<div>Students will revise the 1st draft of the paper based on professor feedback. In addition, students will meet with the professor individually via Zoom during Week 15 to answer any questions the student may have about the feedback given on the rough draft.
