“Client” may wish to invest in the company on the basis of the findings, need to make a recommendation on this basis at this time.<\/p>\n
On the internet, or by other means, obtain copies of the accounts of a property company listed on the stock market, this could be a local market (HONG KONG). <\/p>\n
Choose a company (LINK REIT) of sufficient size with a varied portfolio to justify a detailed analysis.
Provide a report to the client (the investor) with details as set out below.<\/p>\n
The report should enable the investor to make a decision to purchase the company shares\/stock or not.<\/p>\n
The report should comment on:<\/p>\n
1. The company strategy
2. The portfolio construction of the assets. (in tables or charts if applicable)
3. Individual assets which may be of interest.
4. The performance of the assets and company. (in tables or charts if applicable)
5. A view of the outlook for the company and share performance.<\/p>\n
The report should concentrate on the property portfolio aspects <\/b>and avoid detailed analysis of the financial accounts and tax arrangements. <\/b>
