To make an effective proposal, you will need to identify all the audiences who have a stake in the issue, so you can provide the necessary persuasive evidence. You will have to present a strong, well-researched argument to convince your audiences that your proposal should be adopted and implemented. In the process, you will learn more about addressing particular audiences for particular purposes and to practice making claims with supporting evidence. You\u2019ll also get to learn to write an abstract.<\/p>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Provide evidence from at least three peer-reviewed academic sources to support your argument for this particular solution.  Use APA style formatting and documentation.<\/div>\n<div>Include an abstract.
