The text&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>(content) of the paper should NOT exceed or be less than 10 pages in length. The Cover&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>page and any Reference page(s) will make the paper a little longer than 10 pages. Papers&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>will be evaluated for depth and quality of research, organization, form, substantive&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>content, spelling, grammar, APA style writing and points of view of the topic chosen.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>**If you have taken my class before and written a paper, you cannot use the same or&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>similar paper topic. You MUST choose a different topic to write about. You may also&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>NOT use a paper you have used for another class. If you violate any of these terms, you&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>will receive a zero on this paper.**<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Legal Paper Rubric&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>1. Depth &amp; Quality of Research conducted: Number of relevant sources,&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>references\/citations used, timeliness of topic chosen and use of research to explain and&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>back up your topic and its points of view. 20 points.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>2. Organization: Is your paper organized in a logical, coherent and consistent&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>manner and does it flow in a clear, concise and understandable manner, 15 points.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>3. Form &amp; Substantive content of writing in an informative manner, 20 points.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>4. Spelling, grammar, APA format, 20 points.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>5.
