Your community assessment group will develop a health promotion educational material (Pamphlet), based on the Special Population you were assigned. The purpose of this group assignment is to: A) Encourage students to explore the health promotion needs of the aggregate, B) To plan and deliver educational materials specifically tailored to population health needs that includes socio-economic gaps, educational, and cultural barriers. To complete this part of the project, your group will need to review the current literature for the health education assigned for your population and prepare a written report (Pamphlet). Include the objectives of your teaching project, definition of the key concepts and the rationale for your specific teaching\/learning strategies. Prepare the pamphlet using your literature review findings.  Address how you evaluated your teaching effectiveness by using the SMOG Readability Index, or another tool.  Include your findings on the pamphlet.  The Special Populations E-Poster, and The Health Promotion Pamphlet should be submitted separately.
