The roughly two decades between 1910 and 1930 were times of great change for African Americans, a period of simultaneous hope and despair. In other words, explain what was changing socially, politically and economically, what led to these changes, what the outcomes were for Black people in the United States, and what did not change. African Americans must be centered in this essay. Do not write a paper that is a general description of changes in the United States between 1910 and 1930. DO NOT USE ANY OUTSIDE SOURCES.
