Propose a short-term piece of work with groups or individuals, demonstrating an understanding of techniques used to develop effective relationships with children, young people and families<\/p>\n

This is a \u2018real-world\u2019 task and is to be delivered as if you were proposing it to your supervisor within a WWCYPF setting\n<\/div>\n
Your job will be to persuade your supervisor to permit you to undertake this piece of work\n<\/div>\n

You should choose a setting which works with children, young people and \/ or families\n<\/div>\n
E.g. A school, a youth centre, a children\u2019s ward, a women\u2019s refuge, early years setting, care home, etc.\n<\/div>\n
This should be a setting in which you currently work or are undertaking work placement\n<\/div>\n
It can be assumed that you already know the young people for whom the piece of work is being proposed\n<\/div>\n
