Its the first assignment called &#8220;Personal Goals and Objectives&#8221;. I already did the goals and the objective part and I attached it as well (the second page where it says phase 1 is for the following project but I left it there because it has useful information as well). The paper is 2-3 pages and is about what I wote for goals and objectives. It needs to have evidence based references supporting the paper. The rubric is attached with instructions. Please let me know if you need further instructions.
