situation came to be. It answers questions like\u2019 what led to the current situation?\u2019 or\n<\/div>\n
\u2018how has it evolved since it started?\u2019- a brief introduction of the intelligence stemmed\n<\/div>\n
from organisation and initial assessment on the intelligence – possible or highly\n<\/div>\n
possible accuracy for grading the information.\n<\/div>\n
Analysis of Intelligence: describe and analyse the intelligence based on your\n<\/div>\n
research from open sources.\n<\/div>\n
Current Terrorism Threats: Details the current HK alertness level for terrorist\n<\/div>\n
attacks – consider to rise the alarming level or whether to announce to the public (pro\n<\/div>\n
& con).\n<\/div>\n
Threats considerations: This is a summary of everything that needs to be considered\n<\/div>\n
that which areas\/sectors would be under attacks by this group of terrorists with a\n<\/div>\n

Various sources of intelligence from MI5 suggested that several small\n<\/div>\n
groups of UK Foreign Fighter (FF), (IS (Islamic State) terrorist training\n<\/div>\n
camp trained UK Muslims, and Mujahideen, (Jihadist in the Afghan War\n<\/div>\n
against the invading Soviet forces and the Bosnian War in fights against\n<\/div>\n
Serb and Croat forces), accused the Beijing government of persecution\n<\/div>\n
and torturing the Uyghurs at the “re-education” camps in Xinjiang, China.\n<\/div>\n
These groups of FF and Mujahideen are sympathetic towards the\n<\/div>\n
Uyghurs in China declaring to support the Eastern Turkistan Islamic\n<\/div>\n
Movement (ETIM) to violently resist against the Chinese government.\n<\/div>\n
According to the reliable intelligence, some members of these groups\n<\/div>\n
would fly to Hong Kong to carry out a series of terrorist attacks since\n<\/div>\n
Hong Kong is an open metropolitan city amongst all the China\u2019s\n<\/div>\n
developed cities. The attacks would be a form of retaliation to punish the\n<\/div>\n
Chinese government with a view to defending the ethnic of Muslims in\n<\/div>\n
China. However, at this stage, the UK MI5 is unable to identify any\n<\/div>\n
individual terrorists (FF or Mujahideen) nor to ascertain the time of the\n<\/div>\n
possible terrorist attack would take place in Hong Kong.\n<\/div>\n
