Soleimani was serving as the head of  Iran&#8217;s Quads Force, and was killed at the Baghdad airport.<\/p>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>From our readings this week, and in particular, Article II of the Constitution, did (then) President Trump have the necessary authority for these airstrikes?
