The scope<\/div>\n<div>statement indicates to the reader what is being investigated and what is being<\/div>\n<div>omitted.<\/div>\n<div>\uf072 the methodology section should outline the type of information that was needed,<\/div>\n<div>explain how and where the data was gathered, and how the information was used<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Conclusions should meet the following criteria:<\/div>\n<div>\uf072 be as brief as possible with the main points drawn from the concluding paragraph<\/div>\n<div>or statement or each section of the discussion<\/div>\n<div>\uf072 be presented in descending order of importance<\/div>\n<div>\uf072 satisfy the requirements established in the Introduction (background, purpose,<\/div>\n<div>scope)<\/div>\n<div>\uf072 never advocate action<\/div>\n<div>\uf072 be presented clearly and accurately in a neat format, for example, in point form and<\/div>\n<div>numbered.<\/div>\n<div>Conclusions are logical statements which depend on previous sections of the report for<\/div>\n<div>support. They should be accurate, brief and clear.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The Recommendations section presents the preferred plan of action. Normally several<\/div>\n<div>courses of action are open, each with attendant advantages, disadvantages, costs,<\/div>\n<div>limitations and ramifications. These should have been previously discussed and<\/div>\n<div>conclusions drawn based on the criteria being applied.<\/div>\n<div>Recommendations should meet the following criteria:<\/div>\n<div>\uf072 be specific, definite and clearly stated<\/div>\n<div>\uf072 be strong and advocate action.
