The primary question from this tragic incident is, what as students in the criminal justice field can we learn from this event? Now that we have discussed the laws governing the execution of search warrants, review the actions of the officers involved to determine what if any tactical mistakes were made that affected the outcome of the case. After viewing the video, address the following:<\/p>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>Did the officers properly perform &#8220;knock and notice?&#8221; Explain.\n<\/div>\n<div>Do you believe the time of night the warrant was executed contributed to the event?
