Previous experience can be included, but I think this is where they also want you to talk about being person-centred.\n<\/div>\n<div>3.\tNarrative \u2013 about you,  bring in theories and evidence\n<\/div>\n<div>4.\tConclusion \u2013 how to evaluate this?\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>1.\tAppy a theory, concept or principle of person-centred leadership\n<\/div>\n<div>2.\tOutline the contribution of your leadership to health and wellbeing for self and  others\n<\/div>\n<div>3.\tThey want you to think about person-centred practice, evidence generation (ie. how would you gather evidence that your proposal is working?) and promotion of health and wellbeing culture.  This could be the Ripple thing on p7 of the assignment outline?\n<\/div>\n<div>4.\tYou could include experience, journals, policy papers, legislation, professional standards.  Show that you understand them and how you would apply them to practice.\n<\/div>\n<div>5.\tUnderstand development of self and others via facilitating learning, and via leadership\n<\/div>\n<div>6.\tExamine person-centred leadership and its potential to transform practice\n<\/div>\n<div>7.\tAppraise\/evaluate evidence, and its role in practice and policy development\n<\/div>\n<div>8.\tDevise person-centred approaches for health and wellbeing working with others.\n<\/div>\n<div>9.\tReflexive discourse on being a person-centred practitioner and leader.\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;(Identify significant moments of learning, and talk about why reflection on \tperson-centred practice is important.)\n<\/div>\n<div>10.\tInclude \u2018assets\u2019 such as: Reflexive notes or blog on significant moments of learning, Group learning activities, Concept maps, Diagrams, Voice recordings, Photos of drawings, paintings or collages, Mapping (cross-referencing) to professional standards \u2013 ie. outline some key points of a relevant professional standard and annotate it with how your proposal corresponds.\n<\/div>\n<div>11.\tInclude a statement of confidentiality.\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2.
