The customer says that when he complained to the manager on duty at the station, she called his attention to the sign at the entry to the car wash stating that Petro would not be responsible for any damage to the cars. She also noted that the sign says to fold in the mirrors of the car before entering the car wash. When the customer explained that his mirrors do not fold in, the manager said she was sorry but that there was nothing she could do.
