In this part of the assessment, you will be required to work individually and put together a proposal for an event. You have a choice of what shape the event may take:<\/div>\n
\u2022\tAn event taking place on-site of your choice, without social distancing measures\n<\/div>\n
\u2022\tAn event taking place on-site of your choice, with social distancing measures in place\n<\/div>\n
\u2022\tA virtual event, using a virtual platform of your choice\n<\/div>\n
Your presentation should fulfil the following criteria:\n<\/div>\n
\u2022\tClear identification of the event, its aims, and theme providing a creative narrative\n<\/div>\n
\u2022\tClear identification of the event team and any other human resources required\n<\/div>\n
\u2022\tSome reference to budget, costing, and finance necessary\n<\/div>\n
\u2022\tClear identification of target audience\/customer base, with a clear rationale\n<\/div>\n
\u2022\tJustification and identification of marketing strategy\n<\/div>\n
\u2022\tClear understanding of the legal or regulatory framework within which the event will take place\n<\/div>\n
\u2022\tIdentification of risks, and appropriate risk assessment and risk management strategy\n<\/div>\n
\u2022\tClear identification of logistical needs and challenges\n<\/div>\n
\u2022\tFeasibility for the location of your choice, or the choice of virtual platform\n<\/div>\n
