The expected length of the writing assignment will be 3-5 pages (double-spaced). There are two<\/div>\n
basic options for writing assignment topics.<\/div>\n
a) The writing assignment can focus on a biblical character from the Hebrew Bible and how that<\/div>\n
character is represented in both the Hebrew Bible and the Christian New Testament. Possible<\/div>\n
characters include Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, David, or Elijah. Please confirm your choice<\/div>\n
with the professor.<\/div>\n
b) The writing assignment can focus on a Catholic approach to the reading and interpreting of<\/div>\n
the Bible. Class readings from the Catholic Study Bible may prove to be helpful. The text listed<\/div>\n
below may also be helpful.<\/div>\n
