2. Journal: (30% of grade): Each student must keep a journal identifying what he\/she learned from each of the negotiation exercises. Entries are intended to be reflective. The journal should not be a permanent record of what happened in the negotiation, but rather what went on in your head. There should be one entry for each negotiation, plus the introduction and summary discussed below.\n<\/div>\n

***If you are enrolled in HURM 6720, you must also complete the following***:\n<\/div>\n
In addition, you are required to write a journal entry for a \u201creal world\u201d negotiation each month that you are in the class (i.e., January, February, March and April).\n<\/div>\n

Journal entries should address the following:\n<\/div>\n

 – Briefly describe what happened in the activity (note only key elements)\n<\/div>\n
\n– What did you learn from the exercise? <\/span><\/div>\n
 -How did the readings relate to the exercise? <\/span><\/div>\n
\n In addition to the entries for each negotiation, you should prepare one, two page (double spaced) introduction stating what you expect to get out of the course, and conclude with one, two page (double spaced) development plan that corresponds with chapter 14 in the text.  <\/span><\/div>\n

QUESTION: What did you learn about yourself from completing the TKI?<\/div>\n
It makes me laugh every time I take this test, I have taken this test before and always have gotten the same response, the results during this rest were very surprising to me because of the fact that my personality fell most likely under accommodation and collaboration. Accodomationg was 78% and collaboration was just as high. during my everyday life as a service advisor at a dealership, I portray these aspects every day when it comes down to serving my customers and kae sure they walk out the door happy and making sure they come back again and again for repetitive business. <\/span><\/div>\n
