You have been asked to interview leaders within your organization to determine which metrics and KPIs should be implemented for the new Business Intelligence (BI) tool your department is creating to track performance. Via email (shown below), your manager has asked you to create metrics and KPIs for a number of other departments within the organization and email that document to them by the end of business today.<\/p>\n
