Write a hypothetical research paper related to the topic of “Quality of Life of Older Siblings of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder”<\/div>\n

1) <\/u>Introduction<\/u>:<\/b> Provide a brief rationale for why you chose this particular topic. Clearly state <\/p>\n

demonstrate its importance. 2) Literature Review \/ Background:<\/b><\/u> Examine previous research on your topic. What do we\n<\/div>\n
know about your topic and what do we still need to learn? For this section, provide a\n<\/div>\n
\u201creview\u201d of a minimum of 6 research studies.<\/b><\/i> Provide a summary of each study including\n<\/div>\n
its purpose, its participants, and how it was carried out, along with your assessment of\n<\/div>\n
what this study does and does not tell us. Conclude your state of the evidence section with\n<\/div>\n
a one or two-paragraph overview of the need for new research on your topic: how does\n<\/div>\n
the previous knowledge lead us to your research question? Make a statement of your\n<\/div>\n
research purpose, based on this conclusion.<\/div>\n

3) Method<\/u>:<\/b> Propose a research study and describe the approach you would take to generate\n<\/div>\n
new knowledge, most useful to answer your research question. Clearly describe your\n<\/div>\n
imaginary plan. For example, who would be included in your sample, what will be your\n<\/div>\n
criteria? How would you gather your sample? What would you ask of your participants?\n<\/div>\n
What methods would you use to collect data, e.g., surveys, observations, participant\u0002observations, interviews, focus groups, document analysis, or other? Why? Use at least\n<\/div>\n
two sources about research methods to support your plan and justify your method<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
4) Expected implications:<\/u><\/b> Explain why you think your proposed project will be useful for\n<\/div>\n
program design and policy implications for families. Do not make assumptions on what\n<\/div>\n
results you will come up with, because you cannot know and don\u2019t want to be biased\n<\/div>\n
before you do the study. Instead, propose how your research can make a difference, or\n<\/div>\n
how your results might be used, based on what you know on the topic. What impact do\n<\/div>\n
you hope your study might make? Who do you think will be interested in reading and\n<\/div>\n
using your study?<\/div>\n
