This paper needs a structural change. You seem to be discussing the effects of new judicial and prison policies and its effects on the black and young pop. You need to be clear of your thesis statement in an intro. Then hav a lit review of the type of policies you are investigating and the general theories on the expected effects on people it is expected to affect. Then you would discuss thes policies focusing specifically on Rio De Janeiro, their effect in general and specifically on black and young people and whether, the policies are meeting the intended objectives and why not with a possible conclusion on how this can be fixed. Thus, you also need subheadings. The general structure for subheadings are the intro, lit review, methodology, findings and analysis, and conclusion. There is need for better intext citations. Statements are made that require this because they are either a paraphrase or based on another person’s idea. Additoonally, you may need to change the journal. This one requires ethnographic research and you are only using secondary data. Plus, it uses Chicago style not APA.  <\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
