The paper should have arguments for CIT training in police while also adressing some arguments against it. I have added the detailed instructions and a rough outline, these points are not final but they should guide the paper, I have also included a few references, not all need to be used, there are just a few that support the ideas and themes of the paper, one is a podcast that I DO NOT want to use, I just thought the argument was helpful.
