Brenda pointed out she is doing corrections over and over again on orders not being taken off correctly.\n<\/div>\n<div>Jeanette suggested focus of capstone should be geared toward medication errors that affect patient satisfactions scores.\n<\/div>\n<div>Hannah agreed and Brenda will look into patient satisfactions scores with administration and look at medicare.gov\n<\/div>\n<div>STAR ratings for the past 3-4 years as this is the point when travel nurses flooded the facilities due to the shortage.\n<\/div>\n<div>Chapter one needs to rewritten reflect the above.
