We are not allowed to use anything outside of this book.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; my professor said not to worry about whether the law is fair or constitutional.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; &nbsp;regarding the law review article: the article goes through various sections in the MPC &#8211; they are not applicable to New Hampshire but we can draw draw parallels to the New Hampshire statute.
