(30%)\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>2) Analyse unique resources and distinctive\n<\/div>\n<div>capabilities (activities\/competences) of the\n<\/div>\n<div>organisation to identify a set of Strengths and\n<\/div>\n<div>Weaknesses and identify core competences (key\n<\/div>\n<div>factors that may give the company its competitive\n<\/div>\n<div>advantage). (30%)\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>3) Evaluate the given strategy (as per chosen\n<\/div>\n<div>organisation) using SAFe criteria. (30%) Evaluate\n<\/div>\n<div>the given strategy\n<\/div>\n<div>please\n<\/div>\n<div>see\n<\/div>\n<div>&#8220;Companies for the assignment&#8221; on moodle) using\n<\/div>\n<div>the three SAFe tests:\n<\/div>\n<div>Construct TOWS populating Os, Ts, Ss and Ws fully\n<\/div>\n<div>(all Os and Ts obtained from Q1, all Ss and Ws\n<\/div>\n<div>obtained from Q2). Place the strategy you are\n<\/div>\n<div>evaluating in one of the inner sections and try to\n<\/div>\n<div>associate it to one or more internal and one or more\n<\/div>\n<div>external items while addressing Suitability. (e.g. if\n<\/div>\n<div>you place a strategy in SO quadrant identify\n<\/div>\n<div>appropriate S or Ss combined with O or Os while\n<\/div>\n<div>contemplating this strategy).\n<\/div>\n<div>Acceptability.
