The study is going to be a Grounded Theory of Pathologists\u2019 Assistant Professional Identity Formation. I received no useful feedback during my candidacy defense. As a novice academic writer and researcher, I need abundant guidance. Please write a full Chapter 3 with proper citations and include what you believe the research participants should be, the criteria, and everything. I did poorly on figuring out the limitations of the study and the variables, so put whatever you think fits best so I can learn from this experience. I plan to conduct 10 interviews. I plan to use ATLAS.ti  computer-assisted qualitative data analysis software. I will use the completed chapter 3 as my first draft and build upon it as I receive thesis committee guidance. I\u2019m including the Chapter 3 template\/instructions. I am also including Chapters 1 and 2 and my candidacy defense ppt to help familiarize yourself with the topic and research questions.
