This should be mostly peer-reviewed articles, however, you can include government sources, books, or reliable sources written by experts in the field.  You should utilize the 10 sources from the stage 1 draft unless my feedback says otherwise (source too old, not relevant, etc.). Add to this 10 additional sources.
