Rationale for a systemic\n<\/div>\n<div>approach that involves family or social network outside of the\n<\/div>\n<div>program.\n<\/div>\n<div>2. Overview of the program.\n<\/div>\n<div>What model or theoretical approaches does the program use\n<\/div>\n<div>(examples: CBT, SFBT, EMDR, CAMS, FOCUS, ect.)? How does\n<\/div>\n<div>the program achieve cultural\/gender relevance for a diverse\n<\/div>\n<div>group? How does family or social network (friends, extended\n<\/div>\n<div>kin, peers) participate? What assessments are used to collect\n<\/div>\n<div>information on the participants (screening)? What are the goals\n<\/div>\n<div>of this program? How are those goals measured?\n<\/div>\n<div>3. What stages does the program involve? Briefly describe each\n<\/div>\n<div>of the following (do not format as a list).\n<\/div>\n<div>Within each stage, describe the specific approaches and\n<\/div>\n<div>procedures for crisis or trauma intervention. Do not attempt to\n<\/div>\n<div>regiment or mandate a \u201cone size-fits-all\u201d approach.\n<\/div>\n<div>How does the program individualize treatment for each\n<\/div>\n<div>person?&nbsp;<span style=\"background-color: transparent; color: var(--color-1); font-variant-ligatures: inherit; font-variant-caps: inherit;\">What interventions empower participants to design their own<\/span><\/div>\n<div>journey? For example, if immediate family is not available, what\n<\/div>\n<div>extended family or community can become part of a person\u2019s\n<\/div>\n<div>team?\n<\/div>\n<div>4. What training do practitioners receive on how to provide\n<\/div>\n<div>extensive empathy in crisis or trauma intervention. Describe\n<\/div>\n<div>the attitudes and skills needed to achieve biopsychosocial\n<\/div>\n<div>empathy.\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The paper should be:\n<\/div>\n<div>1. 8-10 pages, double spaced,\n<\/div>\n<div>2. Times New Roman Size 12 Font,\n<\/div>\n<div>3. Title page should have title of the paper, name, date, class\n<\/div>\n<div>name.\n<\/div>\n<div>4. The reference list should be APA formatted with a minimum of\n<\/div>\n<div>8 references.\n<\/div>\n<div>5.
