You are a team of consultants that have been commissioned by the executive team of an organization to implement a new program based on an ethical violation. The focus of your research for this project should be to analyze what factors contribute to the decision making process for the organization’s violation of ethical principles. In your analysis, apply concepts that you learned in class. Please pick a company which has committed a major ethical violation. You can chose one of those organizations that you have read about in class, or pick another one that has been recently in the news. The topics that you cover should include following: Organization history/background Details explaining what happened (multiple sources) How did the organization respond? Do you think they responded in the right way? Does the organization have a code of ethics or core set of values? Does the firm have a vision/mission statement fit with these core values or code of ethics? Ethics survey (you will have examples in the textbook) The project should be about ten to twelve pages long and follow the format that is outlined in the PowerPoint presentation located in Canvas under the File tab. Please provide illustrations and exhibits to enhance the effectiveness of your project (but do NOT take up half the paper with graphics. You will need to create a ethics survey that will form the basis for a section in your paper. The organization can include the survey in the employee handbook.
