Capstone project: Transformational leadership as an antidote to change resistance and other negative effects of unplanned change on employees

We are looking at a qualitative inquiry since we want to explore employees actual experiences and perspectives on the effect of unplanned change on them.  (Covid-19 and others), management attitude and approach, factors that led to staff not being committed to their jobs or resisting change affecting productivity. U can use an organization offering facility management or any other service as a case study. A thematic analysis will be appropriate.
